We collect corporate information necessary for the provision of our telemetry services. This includes company registration details, authorized user contact information, and vessel identification numbers (IMO). We strictly do not collect personal consumer data.
How We Use Data
Data is processed solely for the purpose of executing logistical workflows. This includes generating Bills of Lading, sending customs alerts, and providing API authentication. We do not use your data for marketing analysis or third-party advertising.
Data Sharing
We do not sell data. We may share data with relevant Port Authorities and Customs Agencies (e.g., CBP in the USA or Douane in France) only when legally required to facilitate the clearance of your cargo.
Security Standards
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We adhere to ISO 27001 standards. Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC 2 Type II compliant data centers located in Frankfurt (EU) and Virginia (USA).
