Le Havre Terminal 4

Automated Customs Clearance

Demurrage costs (charges for cargo left at the port) cost the industry billions annually. TCE Ocean connects directly to customs APIs (EU-ICS2 and US-ACE).

  • 01. Instant Release Notifications: Trigger alerts to hauliers the second a container is cleared.
  • 02. Compliance Docs: Secure transmission of Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin.
  • 03. Audit Trail: Immutable logs of every status change for legal verification.

Neither do we."

The TCE-724 Protocol

01

Satellite Uplink Optimization

Engineered for high-latency, low-bandwidth environments (Inmarsat/Iridium). Packet compression ensures critical alerts reach vessels in mid-ocean.

02

Burst Traffic Handling

Serverless architecture scales instantly to handle 50,000+ concurrent event notifications during "Mega-ship" docking procedures.

03

Data Sovereignty

EU data stays in Frankfurt. US data stays in Virginia. Strict regional isolation to comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

Strategic Intelligence

We process millions of data points daily. Access our quarterly reports on port congestion and supply chain resilience.

Technical FAQ

What are the rate limits for the Burst API?
For Enterprise accounts, we support up to 5,000 requests per second (RPS) during declared docking events. Standard transactional limit is 500 RPS. Please contact your Solutions Architect to provision dedicated throughput.
How do you handle DKIM/SPF alignment for white-label sending?
We require strict DMARC alignment. You must publish CNAME records delegating a specific subdomain (e.g., alerts.yourdomain.com) to our infrastructure. We automatically rotate DKIM keys every 90 days.
Is TLS enforcement mandatory?
Yes. As a critical infrastructure provider, TCE Ocean drops any connection that does not support TLS 1.2 or higher. We do not support opportunistic TLS downgrade.
